As the Medical Records Central Supply Clerk at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the nursing staff. Key Responsibilities

• Maintains established medical record files
• Files resident information on individual charts
• Establishes and maintains supplies inventories
• Ability to work occasional weekends as manager on duty
• Receives and distributes nursing supplies
• Monitors medical and form inventories to assure adequate supply levels
• Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation for nursing department
• May prepare and/or submit forms and documentation to and/or from physicians

Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous medical record experience is required
• Long Term Care industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
