We are looking for an energetic, service minded individual who will enjoy establishing lasting relationships. This role will float between our two Kalamazoo locations and will primarily be based in our Mattawan office. Please see the attached job description for more details. The MSS role includes: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and cash advances.Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash and check totals. You will also learn our new account process. The next step in the MSS role will be learning loan functions. Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems.
Answers member questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance.
