Kaskaskia Valley Community Credit Union is seeking to hire full-time and part-time Member Service Representatives to assist members on our front line, or on the phone.

Typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and two Saturdays a month, 8:15 to 12:00.

As an MSR, you will help members on the phone or those that walk in with various questions. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you will make the member feel confident in you and the credit union. Part of the day-to-day also includes filing, scanning, keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming.

You are the face of the credit union that our members will rely upon. You will love the satisfaction that you get out of helping our members by providing exceptional service.

This position’s pay range is $14/hour and up (depending on experience). Overtime may be available depending on staffing and is paid at an overtime rate of time and a half.

Kaskaskia Valley Community Credit Union is a non-profit financial cooperative organized solely to meet the needs of its membership. Chartered in 1982 as Centralia Correctional Center Credit Union, KVCCU has grown from 19 members to more than 3,900 members! Our field of membership includes the four counties: Clinton, Jefferson, Marion and Washington. We offer our members savings, checking, club accounts and certificate of deposit accounts as well as loans for autos, ATV’s, personal loans and much more.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Experience in cash handling

· Some computer, i.e. Word, Excel

· Operate a ten key calculator

Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check and must be bondable.
