The Opportunity:

The Joint Chiropractic is expanding in Dedham and Walpole with two new clinics expected to open in early 2023 and we are excited to build our team to help drive that growth. Opportunity includes:

• Full-time opportunity, part-time opportunity may be available
• Competitive wage: $18-$20/hr depending on experience
• Performance bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving membership sales and managing clinic operations
• Greet patients with enthusiasm and build relationships, while managing clinic phones
• Participate in marketing/sales opportunities, including grass roots marketing, promotion development and networking
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy work place culture

Qualifications needed:

• Minimum 1 year of proven success in sales, preferably in a high paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in partnership with Clinic Director
• Strong phone, computer and social media skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance, wear Company approved attire
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
