Job description

• Manages full cycle open to buy purchasing process across multiple furniture categories (Living, Dining, Bedroom)
• Creates and executes monthly buying plan (by sku) and forecasts future inventory requirements
• Manages inventory levels and health, ensures correct composition with keeping skus in stock and projecting/executing ideal flow of receipts
• Creates purchase orders and load plans by vendor; confirms factory acceptance
• Monitors production & shipping to ensure product is on delivery schedule and ETAs are accurate (receives weekly production updates from all factories)
• Oversees weekly/monthly sales and inventory reporting; communicates analysis with appropriate cross functional departments
• Supports Director of Planning in quarterly Assortment Reviews to identify and execute all growth, decline, and maintain strategies across all furniture product categories
• Maintains and supports all factory, supplier, and partner relationships
• Creates and maintains accurate product information; supports customer service and ecommerce with data as requested
• Monitors incoming freight freight for all furniture shipments; reviews and reconciles freight invoices by month to ensure accuracy
• Manages chargeback information; compiles data from order and product history, delineates product vs process issue, provides summary for submission to factory
• Orders and tracks all new products samples
• Supports planning team with additional tasks, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
