Emerge is actively recruiting for a Mobile Service Mechanic Technician in Depew, NY. Our client is a manufacturer in the supply chain industry. The Mobile Service Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all types of industrial vehicles including fork lifts, aeriel/ verticle lifts, and pallet racks.

The Mobile Service Technician will perform maintenance at customer sites, using company van and tools, and ensures all paperwork is completed. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, excellent benefits, PTO, 401K and a chance to join a small growing company.

The Field Service Technician in Depew requires:

• Two or more years of experience in a service technician role
• Previous experience with hydraulics and computer diagnostics
• Skills in preventative maintenance
• Ability to interpret and apply schematic diagrams
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to insurance company
• Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize demands and execute tasks
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner
• Utilize the Mobile Service application to close out the day, fill out work orders, obtain customer signatures, finalize jobs, and mark as complete
• Follow core safety values and ensures basic safety standards are adhered to including SDS, PPE, JSAs, hot work permits, and customer safety rules
