Position Summary

Love working with influencers? Passionate about TikTok? Want to run campaigns across industries, from tech to beauty? We are looking for a veteran influencer manager to identify, recruit, and coordinate influencers for our campaigns.

We are a growing team of entrepreneurially-minded people. You will be working super closely with the whole team as we pitch & execute digital marketing campaigns across industries. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Effectively develop a wide range of materials such as influencer strategy documents, influencer target lists, briefs, and program recaps.
• Conducts and manages as-needed research to recommend relevant influencers or content creators for client activations.
• Creates and manages the upkeep of an influencer list of both talent representatives and direct relationships through industry networking and creating meaningful relationships with talent and reps.
• Participates in internal briefings, creative brainstorms, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years overseeing a performance-based influencer program
• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Technical aptitude with new reporting tools and systems
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle pressure and deadlines
