New Port Richey Harley-Davidson is seeking Experienced and Entry Level Motorcycle Sales Associates to join our Team. We seek Motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing and high-energy self-starters for a position in our sales department. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of Guest service in helping others become a part of the world's greatest motorcycle brand. We provide the training you need to succeed in an exciting and lucrative career. Motorcycle license required.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Solid phone and computer skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Motorcycle or power-sports experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Have a passion and interest in motorcycles

Major Responsibilities

• Adhere to a structured Dealership Sales Process
• Thorough follow up for all sales prospects
• Manage Guest transactions and ensure a positive purchasing experience
• Welcome guests to the dealership
• Ensure that the motorcycle is the right "fit" for the Guest
• Demo Rides
• Appointment Scheduling
• Proactive with potential Guests/leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments
