What You’ll Do

The Pasha Group is looking for an experienced software engineer with great communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement to join our Technology Solutions Delivery team. We build mission critical systems including web and mobile based e-commerce solutions, serverless integration platforms, and even IOT data stream processors in support of a diversified but integrated group of supply chain business units. Our project portfolio is deep and offers excellent opportunities to flex your technical chops as a full stack engineer. We are investing heavily to modernize our existing systems with an aggressive push into Azure cloud services. The ideal team member loves to learn as we ramp up on many new Azure products and patterns but also optimize for cost effective solutions.

Primary technologies: .NET C#, SQL Server, Azure cloud (e.g. App Services, Service Bus, SQL DB), ASP.Net, Git

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain business applications and integration platforms.
• Have a “production mindset” to deliver quality solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, users, architects, and developers to deliver high-value solutions.
• Deliver on-time and on-budget solutions that adhere to high-quality development principles.
• Stay current with technology trends and share this knowledge with your team members.
• Make suggestions to continuously improve our platforms and delivery approach.
• Apply expert problem solving skills to assess and resolve issues in test and production.

Ideal Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• .NET expertise including C#, ASP.Net, and Entity Framework.
• SQL expertise including stored procedure development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Web development experience including client side frameworks and REST API fundamentals.
• Cloud fundamentals, especially withAzure cloud.
• Strong foundations in modern best practices including Git, unit testing, dependency injection, CI/CD, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills that fuel positive team work.
• Strong understanding and adoption of agile development practices.
• Ability to translate requirements and user stories into maintainable technical solutions.

Required Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience in directly-related field

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
