Job Title: Digital Services/.Net Web Developer Lead
Location: 100% Remote

Position Details:

Job Description:

• Facilitates technical design discussions with team and vendors. Function as a solution lead/architect for business initiatives by interfacing with Enterprise Architecture team to identify technology integrations.
• Manages and monitors the company's business-critical services and applications, avoiding service disruptions.
• Oversees all configuration for external partner onboarding, communication setup, and compliance testing.
• Handles all system patches/upgrades to remain compliant and current with all functionalities.
• Is responsible for external facing applications development, testing, and maintenance. Analyze requirements, produce technical design documents, test systems, and manage communication with existing and new vendors.
• Manages development and maintenance of all enterprise integrations & applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of multiple complex system integrations: user interfaces as well as APIs.
• Work collaboratively with enterprise architecture team to ensure that the proposed solution is aligned with enterprise architecture direction.
• Lead, evaluate and provide technical and architectural guidance to team members.
• Lead solution architecture for application enhancements.
• Analyzes and reduces complex problems into simple, manageable components.
• Carries out systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
• Design, develop, code and test programs from specifications, working independently.
• Interfaces with business analysts, project managers and clients to clarify requirements.
• Effectively composes technical and non-technical documents such as design specifications, operation guides, process flows, and other technical schematics.
• Lead technical meetings and provides technical directions to onshore and offshore developers. Perform deep technical analysis of identified issues. Participate in and/or lead code reviews.
• Evaluates technical performance challenges and recommends tuning solutions.
• Identifies and proposes best practices for SDLC and executes vision once approved by leadership.

Education/Experience:

• BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 5+ years of experience leading technical development efforts.
• At least 5+ years of leading technology solution design for customer facing applications.
• At least 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting N-Tier applications and user interfaces.
• Experience in Agile development methodology; SDLC experience required.
• Experience with Healthcare HIPAA transactions and how to process and integrate healthcare data in a highly secure fashion.
• Knowledge of N-Tier Application development & Infrastructure design, SOA/REST Services, UI Design, Concurrent processing, Performance Optimization, Scalability, High availability, Failover, Application security, Build & Release management.
• Experience with .Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, C#, Web API, MVC, Angular, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON.
• Experience with API/Middleware integrations including message queue platform.
• Knowledge of SQL server and database administration.
• SQL server query/stored procedures.
• Restful API development using .Net.
• Understanding and implementation knowledge of TLS 1.2 , 2way SSL, OAuth 2.0, OpenId connect in API integration.
• OS – Linux, Windows
• Solid understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and core principles of code reusability and extensibility of solutions, including mocking and unit testing.
