Network Security Engineer-Remote US (US Citizen)

The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. What you’ll achieve

As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining & managing network security infrastructures. You will work with our internal customers and partners to provide support related to security devices.

You will:

• Work on Management and Incident Management issues and will manage overall network security infrastructure Operations
• Provide on-call technical support (L2 / L3) for Cyber managed infrastructure & products, including firewalls, proxies, and remote access gateways
• Deploy, maintain & manage network security infrastructures
• Participate in security projects, customer engagements or business processes

Essential Requirements

• US Citizenship is Required
• 6+ years’ experience in a technical support (L2/L3) role for cyber managed infrastructure & products (firewalls, proxies and remote access gateways)
• Experience working with, and in-depth knowledge of, Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Cloud ; PCNSE or PCNSA certification highly desired
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL
• Experience with McAfee Skyhigh Web Gateway

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in a large enterprise organization
