Key Offerings for CDL A Owner Operators:

• Drive 2000-2500 miles per week
• Choose between two attractive compensation packages:
  
  • Package #1: 88% of gross earnings (excluding general liability, cargo insurance, trailer rent, and trailer insurance)
  • Package #2: 80% of gross earnings (including general liability, cargo insurance, trailer rent, and trailer insurance)

In addition to driving, you'll
also be responsible for:

• Serving as a role model for other employees
• Managing finances effectively
• Being approachable and friendly with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrating honesty, ethics, and consistency in dealings with all stakeholders
• Exhibiting a strong work ethic
• Collaborating seamlessly with individual drivers, customer service representatives, dispatchers, and other management staff

Requirements for CDL A Owner Operators:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Valid Medical Examination Card
• 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Pass a DOT drug screen
• No failed or refused DOT drug screens in the past 3 years
• Satisfactory PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) rating
• Pass a comprehensive road test
• Pass Pre and Post-Trip inspection exams
• Preferably no more than two employers in the past twelve months
• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 4 minor or 2 minor & 1 at-fault accident in the previous 3 years
