Domino’s Pizza – Agawam; Night Manager/Closer Position

We are currently looking for someone to manage our store in Agawam. Prior experience working as an assistant manager in Domino’s is required.

Duties include but not limited to: training staff in all areas; food ordering; putting food orders away; proofing dough; monitoring routes for drivers; hiring; handling customer and employee concerns; keeping good employee records and performance documentation; maintaining equipment; supervising the staff in maintaining high sanitation standards; maintaining excellent product control; motivating employees in a positive and professional manner ensuring high employee productivity and learning to master the scheduling process.

It is also necessary for the manager to gain knowledge and master all areas of Domino’s, including making pizzas, sandwiches, and all other food products, know the ins and outs of delivery driver responsibilites.
