Recruiter

Recruit and maintain relationships with all hired caregivers. Collaboration with internal staff, while being a champion for handling conflict resolution in multiple capacities. This is a HIGH DEMAND position… Hustle is a must!

Amada Recruiter is critical to the overall success and company growth. This role will manage all processes related to recruitment including sourcing, screening, and attracting qualified candidates for open positions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Qualifying and producing a steady inventory of quality applicants
  • Maintain healthy relationships in potentially challenging situations
  • Achieve and maintain weekly quotas, 25 minimum scheduled interviews and 5-6 scheduled orientees
  • Understand and meet established Key Performance Indicators on a. weekly base.
  • Schedule on-site face-to-face interviews.
  • Actively prospect applicants by creating trusted partnerships with schools, colleges, volunteer organizations, churches and other community programs.
  • Develop and implement new and creative recruitment strategies to increase the flow of applicants to the business.
  • Create and maintain job posting 3 times a week and emphasize qualifications to hire qualified candidates.
  • Scan documents into applicants' profile and make copies of all identification forms.
  • Prepare orientation folders for all onboarding orientees.
  • Convert all orientees into official caregivers using our software system.
  • Manage all platforms used for recruiting candidates.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Source at least 8-10 applicants per week and ensure they make it to scheduled orientation.
  • Participating in ONCALL ROTATION

Pay: $35 - $40k per year plus commission!
