As an NP/PA with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapist, dieticians and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to a cohort of medically fragile older adults in the assisted living and post-acute care setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant who desires a small patient panel, increased autonomy and a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
NP/PAs are required to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data & Information Set (HEDIS) and have a minimum of one year clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in geriatric, adult or family practice settings. Board certification as an Adult-Gerontology NP/PA is preferred but not required.
