Open: Day Turn: 6:00am-2:30pm

& Afternoons 2:30pm-11pm

Performance Based Annual Bonus Plan ( Up to $1,000 sometimes more!!!)

REHAB STNA Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in the rehabilitation and recovery process
• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
• Care for the residents’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe residents’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet residents’ mental health and social service needs.
• Change linens on residents’ bed.
• Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
• Pass food trays to individual residents in accordance with the diet card on the tray.

REHAB STNA Qualifications:

• Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate, or be willing to train.
• Previous experience working in direct care services preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

We are currently hiring for Midnights and Afternoon Shift.
