Landmark Electric is looking for an Office Assistance to assist in day to day functioning of the company.
Experience/Requirements
- strong communication skills
- must be organized and able to switch task depending on what is needed
- bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
- positive attitude
- able to follow directions

- must be reliable
Responsibilities:
- answer phones, email inquiries and follow up on orders in a timely manner
- schedule homeowner's for warranties
- account payable/receivable
- filing
- other duties as needed
Full Time: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
