Job description

Office Manager /Receptionist is responsible for executing and processing the administrative duties as assigned by the CFO. He/she also acts as liaison with general public, and other Department on an as needed basis. The Office Manager will complete special projects, and manage inter-company databases.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate in a professional manner with proper use of telephone etiquette

2. Assist with filing.

3. Perform in a professional manner.

4. Knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to attendance and punctuality.

5. Reports to work as assigned.

6. Understand and adhere to legal guidelines pertaining to client confidentiality and client rights.

7. Maintains acceptable overall attendance.

8. Perform duties independently, taking a proactive approach to problem situations, seeking supervision on an as needed basis.

9. Attends in-services and educational training as necessary and as assigned.

10. Seeks out learning experiences and incorporates new knowledge into practice.

11. Maintains flexibility and adaptability to expected and unexpected changes in the work environment.

12. Reports personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to Program Nurse.

13. Reports incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.

14. Maintains safety of the physical environment.

15. Performs all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

16. Help manage company supplies.

17. Ability to multi-task.

18. Respond to all emails

19. Knowledge of Excel and Outlook

20. Maintain Office Supplies

21. Responsible for coordination and transmission of all Banyan locations Medical Records requests.

22. Coordinates and delivers department mail.

23. Creates, maintains, and distributes all facilities phone list.

24. Assigned to manage phones and transfers.

25. Manage and distribute faxes to all facilities.

26. Coordinate and communicate in-house meetings and trainings.

27. Manage facility postings.

28. Check in visitors
