Dartphone is hiring an Office Manager for our Edmond Office. We provide phone and internet services to low income households in Oklahoma. Come be a part of our team and help us equip Oklahoman's with the tools they need to be successful in school, work and life!
The ideal candidate will have experience managing people and performing interviews; be detail oriented and organized; and bring a level of professionalism and maturity to our office environment.
This is a part time position, Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform interviews for various positions across Oklahoma
- Provide leadership to office staff
- Track inventory & equipment
- Contact local not for profits for partnership opportunities
- Create itineraries for sales manager
- Reconcile timecards for remote sales agents
- Perform various reporting
- New Hire/Termination paperwork
- Ensure established processes are followed
