What you will enjoy doing*
- You will collaborates with various business functions to understand needs and builds integrated, forward-looking and efficient business processes in order to operate the facility management function
- Oversees the supervision and coordination of facility contractors, ensuring work has been completed, satisfactorily and follows up with deficiencies
- You will also calculates and compares costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
- Ensures facility related change is performed at a minimum disruption to core activities
- Manages the daily operations for the efficient operation of the Allentown office, including office assignments and moves, coordinating with building management, ordering supplies, and managing the building lease invoicing and control process
- In addition you will manages temporary workspace assignments and coordinates the needs of executive leadership and facility visitors
- Directs, coordinates and plans essential services such as reception (e.g. badges), security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, vending machines/breakroom supplies, waste disposal and recycling
- Ensures building meets health and safety requirements and that facility comply with legislation
- Plans best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing current premises
- As well you will uses performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
- Responds appropriately to facilities emergencies or urgent facilities issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
What makes you great
- You will have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related, preferred
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software and other company and discipline specific software applications
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
- Travel Percentage, Minor less than 10%
