Local embroidery company is hiring for a Front Office Worker to assist in the daily operations of running the business.
Hours will be Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30 min lunch.
This person is at the front when customer walk in.
You would be taking orders, answering phones, taking payments, emailing quotes, and working email orders and filing. Plus, assisting sales reps with product searches and quotes. It is a fast-paced position that requires a lot of organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Skills/Requirments
- Must have QuickBooks Experience
- Great communication skills with outgoing personality
- Typing 40+ words a minute
- 10 key calculators
- Must be able to multitask
- Phone skills
- Detail oriented
- Art knowledge is a plus
