Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have printing experience with preference on Offset Lithographic
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure in standard and metric
• Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Must have understanding of the PMS color book
• Ability to learn printing software associated with KBA printing presses
• Willingness to learn additional duties from lead operator for advancement
• Able to work independently and on teams while demonstrating safe work practices.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Stuff We Make

Custom folding cartons, and lots of them. Produced on sustainably-made paperboard, most with 100% recycled fiber, our high technology printing and converting equipment sheets, prints, die-cuts, windows and folds/glues these folding cartons utilizing lasers, scanning cameras, scanning fiber optics, robotic-like automation and more.

Cool Customers

Our packaging protects, contains, transports and markets lots of cool products for our cool list of customers – however, in the highly competitive consumer packaging world we aren’t at liberty to reveal their names, but you’d recognize many of them, especially the leading CPG’s in Sheboygan County and Wisconsin.

Fun Stuff

SPBCo supports a professional, but fun, work environment. We’re owned by a family, not a firm traded on Wall Street or a Private Equity company. We have numerous company communications events/lunches, sponsor Sheboygan-area cultural events and have an annual Employee Appreciation party. Fridays are casual-attire days, mostly with folks supporting their favorite sports team.
