APC Postal Logistics, LLC is a leading consolidator and distributor of international shipments to volume and e-commerce clients. With facilities strategically located throughout the United States, we provide the efficient cross-border solutions to over 200 countries worldwide. The Onboarding Specialist works within the client setup/commercial department to ensure data points are entered correctly into our various backend systems. This role works closely with both our sales team and customer service department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong attention- to-detail and organizational skills. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and learn more about working with data.

Duties Include:

• Setup new customers in our various backend systems (Salesforce, 3rdParty Vendors, Internal Systems) to enable them to begin shipping
• Update customer pricing into our backend systems
• Work with sales team / CSR to troubleshoot any issues with existing customers
• Ability to comprehend quote requests from multiple Account Managers and execute requests in an expedited manner
• Performs various tasks related to the operation of the Commercial Department as required.

Technical Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
• Working Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

General Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in business or finance
• 1-2 years of business experience, however, recent grad encouraged to apply.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong general math skills
• General understanding of Shipping and Supply Chain Logistics
• Ability and desire to work well within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
