Accountability and Scope
The Onsite Inventory Associate is accountable for representing Incora values, quality and commitment, and for maintaining excellent service at the customer location. This person may be in daily contact with the customer in a production environment and requires a high level of professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Represent Incora's vision, values and objectives in all job-related activities, sustaining excellent customer relationships
Replenishment and delivery of shadow board kits
Tote tray pick up from Northrop POU locations
Tote tray filling, Quality auditing, and delivery to Northrop POU locations
Tote tray reconfiguration and re-labeling as required
Repairing or replacing damaged tote trays
Fulfilling Individual Service Requests from Mfg shop floor
Coordinating nutplates for paint
Consumable & Freezer material coordination – daily removal, disposal & documentation of expired material; weekly inventory of all chemicals in cages, bunkers and fridge
Mandrel creation – cut, wrap, and ID parts, pick up used mandrels, unwrap and clean mandrels

Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Education
High School Diploma or GED
Relevant inventory management, material handling, and production experience preferred, but not required
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with external customers
Ability to be cross trained in multiple critical areas of the department.
