What’s the role:

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Online Order team in the NYC office. The main job duties include assisting with onboarding new customer accounts, resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts, ;; and developing operational procedures to align with company strategies. An ideal candidate should have In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning skills and be a problem-solver.

What you bring to the table:

  • Learn about the MenuSifu POS menu and how they function with Online Ordering, Order modules.
  • Perform calls with customers to review, configure, and drive their menus to completion
  • Perform calls with customers to review, configure, and drive their menus to completion
  • Open new customer accounts and maintain customer record by updating customer information properly
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Assist new customers with payment and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Offer guidance and help online for online order products.
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives
  • Communicate within the teams to confirm execution of company processes
  • Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Perform other duties as needed

Who will be the best fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in business management, project management, operations, or other related field
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in operations is required
  • 2+ years experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written in English and Mandarin Chinese, via phone calls, email and videos calls.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or external communication with customers.
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.

**We are currently working under hybrid mode with about 2 days/week in the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
