WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Manage and oversee restaurant as assigned
- Work closely with Store Managers to ensure daily tasks
and operations are consistent with Company’s policies and strategic planning - Onboard, train, and develop new Managers and operations development team members
- Work with leadership team to identify and lead the development of new brands including new identity development, portfolio management, new restaurant opening tasks, and store management development
- Initiate and lead projects per assignment. Work closely with the HR team, Marketing Team and Accounting Team to ensure all tasks and projects are executed efficiently.
- Handle a wide range of administrative support - related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles
- Assist human resources with recruiting, on boarding, terminating and performance evaluating activities as needed.
Support field Managers - Responsible for training and supervising Operations Development Assistants.
- Organize/coordinate small and large scale events
- Ability to support the Managers with any emergencies during off hours
- Ability to have flexible schedules to meet with the store needs for assigned projects and/or emergencies
- Travel as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years management or office administrative experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working at full service restaurant
- Bachelor's degree
- Broad exposure to Restaurant Business Operations
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as listening skills
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, high growth, entrepreneurial
environment - Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
- Must be detail and solutions-oriented
