Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking an Oracle Fusion Middleware Architect/ Forms and Reports Developer/Oracle Enterprise Manager Technical contract resource supporting the plant.

The person hired for the position will provide upgrade support for a suite of custom applications that are under the Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports platform.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Administration Support for Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 11g and 12c and Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports version 11g and 12c.

Maintains and compiles Oracle Forms, Libraries, and Menus in UNIX environment.

Provide consulting, recommendations, and support of an upgrade strategy to a more current Oracle Forms and Reports environment, specifically to new hardware and software and version 12.2.1.4 or 12c

Execute custom forms and reports changes using the Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Developer tools, specifically Oracle Internet Developer Suite.

Integrates modules with other modules and external systems.

Analyzes code to review errors and participates in review sessions

Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of the Oracle Applications.

Create documentation of requirements and installation qualifications, including following FDA Computer System Validation required deliverables.

Update and communicate with Lead/Manager of all related activities, issues, and risks

Basic Qualifications and 5 Years Minimum Experience for each:

Technical experience in using Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 11g and 12c and Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports version 11.1.1.7 and 12.2.1.4

Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, JSON, XML

Oracle Forms and Reports

Data modeling tools – Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler or Erwin.

TOAD/SQL Developer

Oracle Certified PL/SQL Programmer desirable but not mandatory

Extensive experience in using Oracle seeded packages like DBMS_SCHEDULER, UTL_FILE, UTL_SMTP, UTL_MAIL, UTL_TCP and DBMS_STATS.

Technical experience in Oracle WebLogic Server version 11g and 12c controls and commands

Technical experience in Oracle Database Client versions 11.2.0 and 12.1.0 for Windows.

Technical experience in Oracle Database Gateway version 12.1.0.2.0 and 19c for Linux.

Experience in developing UNIX shell scripts for loading data into staging tables and SFTP configurations and processes.

Technical experience in Linux Red Had system administration, version 6 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

10 or more years of experience with the following applications and technologies:

Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 11g/12c and Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports 11.1.1.7 & 12.2.1.4

Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.

Development of Oracle custom applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports tools and Oracle Internet Developer Suite

Heavy hands-on skills in Oracle Forms 11G & 12c 3-Tier Architecture: UI – forms, Middleware (Oracle Web logic application server), Blocks, Triggers, Program Units, Canvas in Forms, Canvas (Content, Tab, Toolbar & Stacked), Canvas pages, Blocks (it’s item/columns), Alerts (Pop- up, notification for message and error handling), LOV (List Of Values), OPEN_FORM, NEW_FORM, CALL_FORM, Oracle Forms for trigger execution, Master-Detail relationship,

Hands on experience in implementing Java Web Start(JWS) and FSL.

Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility.

Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills are a must.

Self-motivated individual who communicates and influences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to balance business needs yet juggle conflicting priorities when it comes to IT sponsored projects or initiatives
