Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Remote

Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Study customer requirements and map them in Oracle Cloud.
• Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements
• Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
• Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution
• Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users, Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce the customizations
• Maintain the relationship with business partners to understand the requirements, analyze and finding the apt solution
• Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
• Suggest and improve business processes
• Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc. for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels
• Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration
• Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Experience in Oracle HCM including Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project experience
• Experience of Law firm specific implementation will be an advantage
• Good communication and customer facing skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $64.00 - $65.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
