We at Medical Essential Diagnostics are a rapidly growing healthcare provider for all frontline workers in the state of New Jersey. We take pride in our frontliners and want to give them as many opportunities as possible to be in their peak physical condition while they are serving our communities. We perform comprehensive, confidential testing and examinations for frontline workers insured under the state as well as their family members at no out of pocket cost. We perform various tests in house at each of our clinics such as EKG, Stress, Echo, Ultrasounds, Pulmonary Function Tests, Bloodwork, Sleep Studies, ABI, and Urinalysis.
We are looking for representatives to join our team! We are looking to have representatives working a minimum of 20-25 hours a week and more will follow! This representative will be the face of our company, going to information sessions and presenting our services. We have 4 locations that we can send Outreach Specialists to in the field, those being in Princeton, Morristown, Marlton, and Newark but HQ in Princeton will be the main location when not in sessions/field. Responsibilities
- Proposing and closing deals by using various customer sales methods (in-person visitations to police stations and fire departments, presentations etc)
- In-person visits to hold information sessions to the mentioned demographic
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Build productive long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Identifying prospective customers and new opportunities by conducting market research to generate leads for the sales team
- Collecting and analyzing the behavioral data of customers by various techniques (e.g. surveys)
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Provide new ideas to the company to facilitate growth
- Creating brochures, newsletters, and other advertising materials
- Assisting us in the organization of marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Cold calling prospective clients to market our service
Skills
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a relevant field
- Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- A keen eye for details
- An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
