We serve the most artisanal and authentic French breads, pastries and lunch items, in addition to coffee, in a Parisian decor. We now have four cafés and a commissary kitchen, all located in Hoboken and Jersey City. We also offer catering services and wholesale.

Job Summary:

As Overnight Driver, the successful candidate will work directly (but not exclusively) with the Overnight Supervisor to help the company reach its objectives in the commissary kitchen and on delivery routes.

In order to do so, he/she should possess a great work ethic and be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

Prepping

• Planning, prepping & managing ingredients.

Packaging & Dispatch

• Send ingredients and/or finished products to stores, wholesale partners & catering customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Driver’s License *1 year of experience in prepping or cooking. *ServSafe Certification *Computer skills: proficient in spreadsheet applications.
