St. Ann’s Community is currently offering 2-4 weeks of CNA training. We will provide a paid training to become a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA). Training will be held on our Irondequoit campus.
Candidates will be hired to work at St. Ann's Community as a Resident Service Technician. After a brief assessment period, your manager may recommend you for our paid CNA training program.

St. Ann’s Community Offers:
- Paid training (40 hours/week)
- CNA certification after 4 weeks

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and write and communicate in English at least at an 8th grade level.
- Customer Service experience
- Previous Elder care experience is a plus
RST (Resident Service Technician) Duties
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with meals and activities
- Light cooking may be required
- Light housekeeping
- Engaging in meaningful interactions with Elders
- Assisting Elders with daily living such as bathing, toileting, eating and other activities
- Following care plan to address Elder needs
- Monitoring Elder conditions and reporting any changes to team lead
- Engaging in meaningful interactions with Elders
