We're looking for an experienced and responsible Paramedic to join our team at a high-volume emergency facility. We need a creative problem solver who can work well under pressure, as well as someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for taking patients' health histories, administering emergency treatment and performing emergency procedures such as CPR, inserting oxygen masks and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care in emergency situations.
- Manage injury or illness situations involving multiple patients.
- Assist paramedic team members during emergency situations.
- Communicate with co-workers and the medical team to keep medical information current.
- Care for the health and safety of patients in emergency situations.
- Treat injured or ill patients in an ambulance, in the field, or at a hospital.
- Document aspects of patient care and treatment.
- Communicate with physicians and other medical team members about patient care.
- Document aspects of patient treatment and care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $29.00 per hour
