Our company is currently seeking ​a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our small family owned construction company in Grand Prairie. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. We have six employees and six 1099 workers. Flexible hours. We would like someone to work on site in our office 1 to 3 times per week. The balance of the work can be done remotely. We are set up in QBO and currently have a bookkeeper maintaining our books remotely. Please contact to discuss hours and compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
• Assist with generating sales tax submitals.
• Assist with generating franchise tax submitals.
