RV Country has a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time PC Technician in Fresno. 24-30 hrs. On-Site, Mon-Fri, between 9-5pm.
This position will provide services to end-users including computers, mobile devices, or printers. Responsibilities include hardware and software installation and removal and data transfers. The support technician is responsible for restoring the end user’s device to full operability when an incident occurs that renders the hardware unstable, damaged, destroyed, or exhibits degraded performance.
Restoration includes the correction of hardware faults via repair or replacement (in case of loss or damage), configuration of software loads, and transfer of user data to replacement device.
Minimum of one year of experience as computer technician or similar role- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Knowledge of computer peripherals and ability to diagnose problems
- Experience in computer repair and networking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Lift computer hardware
