The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities

• Greet customers as soon as they arrive and connect with the appropriate party
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct personnel
• Take and relay messages
• Provide general administration and clerical support
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Intermediate computer skills- will be trained on dealership computer system

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3PM-7PM
• Thursday: 3PM-6PM
• Saturday: 7:30AM-5PM
• Tuesday & Sunday: OFF
