Steet-Ponte Ford Lincoln is looking for a talented Parts Counter Person to join the team! The Parts Counter Person is extremely knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has previous experience with automotive parts and accessories. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm
- Saturday: 8am-12pm
Essential Duties
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
- Other tasks as assigned.
