Fast paced, family oriented, growing pediatric practice on the North Shore is looking for entry level Patient Access Schedulers.
Our Patient access schedulers offer a friendly greeting to incoming calls from patients and families. After collecting information from the caller, they assist them in scheduling an appointment, or connecting them with our triage team per protocol.
An ideal candidate is a friendly, intelligent, hard-working, detail-oriented, and a team player with previous office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience working in a Pediatric office setting preferred. Spanish and Portuguese fluency is a plus, but not required!
Our office offers flexible scheduling and is open days, evenings, and weekends. Full time/ part-time regular benefits include insurance, retirement plans, vacation, sick, and personal days.
