Patient Care Liaison, HealthPark Medical Center ED/ Full Time Nights
Job description
HealthPark Medical Center has a need for a Full Time Patient Care Liaison (PCL) for the night shift from 7pm - 7:30am in Emergency Services. We are looking for an exceptional individual with solid customer service and clerical skills to work in the hospital setting. Prior experience in the medical field is a plus.

This positions serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of both clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
