Job Description
The PCT Lead is responsible for assisting in the care of patients under the direction of the R.N. Is a preceptor to new hire. Responsible for Quality initiative improvements designated by manager. Oversees that all tech duties are completed for critical care department each shift. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience: 5 years experience in critical care required. Licenses/Certificates: Preferable that candidate possesses documented certification of completion of medical terminology and or .Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide. Must obtain and maintain current certification in BLS.
