How you will make an impact as a Patient Services Representative:
- Work closely with patients to ensure their experience at ADVENT exceeds expectations
- Greet and accurately check patients in to EHR
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare, meet with, and schedule Home Sleep Study patients
- Room and take patient vitals
What we’re looking for in a Patient Services Representative:
- Strong customer service focus
- Great communication skills
- Solid technology skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, EHR
- Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
- Solution oriented problem solver
- Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, positive attitude/willingness to get the job done
