Job Title: PCIS Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

• To create execute and finalize reports for Engineering IQ/OQ documentation as well as PC&IS CS/IS documentation.
• Perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ, LOTO Documents for new equipment installation at site
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at client site and VAT (Vendor Acceptance Test) at Vendor Location for new electrical & control panels

Qualification:

• BE (Electrical, Instrumentation and control)

Skill Key Word:

• Must understand the basic safety requirements for electrical work required.
• Must be low voltage qualified with a record of training provided.
• Required for machine/panel electrical inspections.
• Must have the required knowledge in 8 calorie arc flash test.
• Have familiarity machine controls systems.
• Knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC, HMI
• Read and interpret electrical single line drawings and elementary diagram.
• Must be well versed with using Microsoft Office and its associated components.
• Will need to have a working knowledge of the vendor acceptance process and verifying machine capability to Site requirements.
• Will need to be familiar with the Site change control process and documentation .
• Will need to be familiar with validation protocol requirements.
• Will need to be familiar with IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols and documentation required to create, complete and report.
• Will need to be familiar with the CS/IS validation protocol and requirements required to create, complete and report.
