We are currently hiring a Peer Navigator, to work within Care Coordination. As a Peer Navigator you would be responsible for:

• Outreach and engagement services to individuals who may otherwise not have access to vital services
• Utilize expertise associated with addiction recovery experience and become a resource to individuals and families that present in various settings such as emergency departments and community programs due to substance use

Peer Navigator Salary Range: $38,770.00 per year

Peer Navigator Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience
