The People Technology Team provides consultation, operational oversight and assists with the implementation of innovative technology solutions that support the ongoing efforts to optimize our human capital business processes and people experience. The People Path (ServiceNow HRSD) Team partners with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement enhancement and features in support of the business strategy.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success at the following:
- Performing day to day configuration within a technology platform including but not limited to workflows, catalog items, scripts and service portal within ServiceNow HRSD;
- Experience programming with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, SSO, SAML, JSON, etc.);
- Creating and/or maintaining components such as Server and Client-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, Import Sets, Flow Designer, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies, AJAX;
- Possessing an advanced understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and Workday functionality, including understanding of possibilities and limitations within the technology including prior experience monitoring or designing integrations between those and other vendor SaaS systems;
- Coordinating between the business users, the software vendor and Information Technology (IT), and other groups using an Agile/Scrum methodology to integrate, enhance, and implement new systems and provide recommended solutions which meet the needs of the business;
- Previous consulting or business analyst experience.
- Understanding the intersection of Human Capital (HC) processes and Technology with experience leveraging the ServiceNow HRSD platform to create an enhanced user experience;
- Translating technical processes into common language for a wide audience;
- Executing technology strategy during implementations, use, and support of human capital systems, specifically HRSD;
- Conducting project planning workshops to define requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software applications for ServiceNow HRSD or comparable Cloud / SaaS applications;
- Being an iterative thinker with demonstrated experience working on teams who are solving problems with creativity while utilizing both positive and negative testing skills;
- Solving complex business issues from strategy to execution demonstrating critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems;
- Possessing experience aggregating various, often unrelated data points or data sets to determine root cause or to support processes that benefit multiple stakeholders or impact multiple systems cohesively;
- Presenting information and insights to leadership both orally and in written form.
- Analyzing complex ideas or proposals from stakeholders using multiple stakeholder viewpoints to build consensus and develop solutions and recommendations resulting in positive outcomes for all parties;
- Identifying and recommending improvements that will enhance the efficiency of systems, data integrity, and/or level of customer support;
- Collaborating with vendors and other clients of vendors on future design releases that benefit the Firm and the business including networking, staying current on future release functionality, and participating in user forums to provide feedback and build consensus with other clients;
- Demonstrating customer-centric focus and contributing to results while teaming to solve challenges, and understanding when and how to challenge stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes;
- Bringing high level energy, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure;
- Possessing basic leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor others;
- Fostering a trusting, collaborative, and flexible working environment; as well as comfort working in a virtual setting;
- Handling multiple, time-sensitive deliverables while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients;
- Demonstrating ownership and accountability over work products.
