A business owner in Southern California is looking for a Personal Assistant for his family and estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to large scale time-sensitive projects to completion
  • Take phone calls and relay information
  • Schedule and manage various vendors
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Create various spreadsheets
  • Read and reply to emails
  • Organize areas around the house
  • Drive family members to various appointments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newport Coast, CA 92657: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
