The Exercise Coach is seeking part-time Health and Fitness Coaches for our Dedham studio to deliver one-on-one and small group exercise training to clients of all age groups and abilities. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, energetic and passionate about good health, willing to learn and motivated to grow with the business.

No prior training experience is required. A passion for fitness and basic knowledge of nutrition, physiology, fitness instruction, or experience with sales and customer service is preferred.

Primary hours will be M-F 6am-10am or 4pm-8pm with Saturday morning shifts available if desired. Full time and management opportunities will become available as we expand.

Duties include:

• Leading individual and small-group exercise sessions
• Tracking client progress and results
• Scheduling appointments and managing accounts for existing clients

The candidate will be paid for training and certification in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be able and willing to follow our exercise and nutrition approach. CPR/AED certification is also required by the start of employment.

Compensation is never commission-based: coaches are paid for all time in the studio, whether working with clients or not.
