The Gardens at Easton are hiring a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Easton, PA!
The Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
Shift Available
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
- To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan
- Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
- Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
