The Position

As a Physical Therapist with Mission Healthcare you will provide physical therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region. You will evaluate the patient’s home environment and functional status, and participate in the development of the total plan of care.

• Your coverage area will include: South County
• Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state
• Doctorate or Master (MS) degree in physical therapy
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a physical therapist
• Previous home health experience not a requirement
