Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) in Ogden, UT
Job Summary:
We are in need of a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Ogden, UT. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, and pain using different modalities and techniques. The goal is to promote healing, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellness to improve the patient's quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients’ physical condition, needs, and limitations
- Develop treatment plans according to the patient's goals, medical history, and diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment, and document patients’ progress regularly
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment, and prevention measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the patient's well-being and continuity of care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Utah
- CPR and BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, techniques, and anatomy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
