Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Plant Foreman to join our team!
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Plant Foreman that will be responsible for material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 4-8 people directly reporting to this role. The Plant Forman will oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes. The Plant Foreman will also ensure productivity targets are achieved, SOPs are followed, and all plant safety standards are adhered to. The Plant Foreman will be responsible for completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- A CDL-A or willingness to obtain one while on the job
- A mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks.
- Minimum 5 years of managing general labor.
- Reliable and accurate reporting skills.
- OSHA training.
- A positive work ethic.
- The willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse/Plant Foreman
- Expertise in warehouse/plant procedures and best practices
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Shift:
Two shifts available:
- 1st Shift Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 4pm
- 2nd Shift Sunday to Thursday 4pm to 1am
