Advance Employment is searching for a great employee for a climate-controlled facility manufacturing medical grade equipment. This role is for plastic injection mold operator on 3rd shift. Base pay starts at $17 but will pay an additional shift premium of 12.5%.

A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The entry level role of Machine Operator, Injection Molding, operates or tends to plastic injection molding machines to produce parts. Tasks of separating and counting parts are repetitive and require attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The Machinist, CNC reports directly to the area Supervisor.
- Performs basic machining functions to produce parts.
- Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
- Monitors the machine to ensure proper program performance.
- Completes shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets.
- Makes off sets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision.
- Advocates for the health and safety of self, co-workers, customers, and the community.
- Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Completes all required training.
- Observe continuous operation of injection mold machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary
- Visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
- 1+ Years of Experience Operating Machining Equipment in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
- Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
